I’m a creative and motivated young professional with 6+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, customer service, and e-commerce. I’ve managed social media for a family business and independently ran a small business, handling everything from product research and pricing to customer communication, suppliers, sales, packaging, and fulfillment. During the period, I managed the business’s social media, sales increased relevantly.
I also independently ran a small e-commerce business for three months
selling resin and seasonal/trendy products through Facebook and WhatsApp. I handled product research
pricing
supplier communication, customer service, sales, order management, packaging, and fulfillment. I invested 3, 000 BDT and generated 20, 000 BDT in revenue and 7, 000 BDT in profit from 23 orders.
